What it tells us

After the June spike (+27%, inflated by an anomalous Limassol at +64% ahead of the VAT deadline), July brought the market back to a steady pace.

For Paphos, July was the best month of the year: 395 contracts. On the cumulative count the district is running neck and neck with Limassol (+19.6% versus +19.8%) — the two fastest-growing markets on the island.

If the pace holds, 2026 will close above 20,000 contracts, against a record 18,114 the year before. 💪🏽
