Catalogue and map

Project tiles, unit list and map. Filters by developer, price, bedrooms, type, completion date, district and distance to the sea.

Infrastructure around

Beaches, schools, hospitals, shops, motorway exits and airports — with distances and drive times. The “near the sea” filter uses real distance, not marketing language.

Yield calculator

Gross and net yield under Cyprus 2026 tax rules. The result goes straight into the client shortlist — no separate spreadsheets.

Branded shortlists

A shortlist with the agent’s photo and logo. The developer can be hidden at an early stage of the conversation. Export as PDF or a link.

Floor plans and renders
